What youll do:
As a Senior Sales Executive - Corporate (B2B) / Relationship Manager youll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Youll develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the power of Cartracks innovative solutions to potential clients. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships youll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance ensure goal alignment and support individual development.
- Monitor team metrics and KPIs providing ongoing feedback and implementing strategies to improve performance and productivity.
- Foster a high-performance customer-centric sales culture through hands-on leadership and regular collaboration.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartracks products and solution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deal.
- Acquire new customers by cold calling networking and using various Social Media platforms.
- Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
- Use CRM to full potential to report measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated results-oriented and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within Davao City and other nearby areas.
- Amenable to work onsite at our Davao Office: LSA Building Bajada.
- With a valid drivers license.
