The First Mile Warehouse Supplies Analyst role provides Operations with solutions for in-station operations both year-round and during seasonal peaks.

As a Warehouse Supplies Analyst in the First Mile UTR area you will work on the weekly and daily cadence for generating labor and supplies plans for Seller Processing Centers ensuring the organization is well-prepared for future demands. You will analyze execution gaps to improve future plans and collaborate across teams to ensure decisions align with the overall business strategy.

Key job responsibilities
You will work with the Supply Chain team to transform volume inputs into labor plan outputs on a weekly and daily cadence.
You will be responsible for continuously improving this process as well as analyzing and reporting results to the business. By collaborating with Finance Operations and other teams you will ensure that your plans are precise actionable cost-effective and continuously optimized.

A day in the life
You will:
- Work with teams across Amazon to turn volume forecast inputs into an executable plan output;
- Interact with stakeholders across the Amazon and First Mile network to ensure Day of Pickup plan execution is optimal;
- Support leadership with important data analytics to ensure prompt and precise decision-making.
- Focuses on daily volume planning of equipments and supplies for UTR in short medium and long term.
- Responsible for the inputs and outputs that define SPCs capacities across the network.
- Works close to the Supply Chain Procurement and Engineering team to align SPC capacities and supplies with External Fulfillment needs
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
- Experience in data mining
- Experience in supply chain logistics transportation warehouse planning and inventory planning in operations such as the e-commerce industry manufacturing and related areas
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
