This position provides a valuable opportunity for a SDR to enhance their expertise and contribute to impactful projects. Here are the responsibilities for this position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Research identify and prospect into target accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Execute outbound campaigns via email LinkedIn WhatsApp and phone to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound leads and ensure they meet criteria for sales follow-up.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospect interactions in CRM.
- Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales business development or customer-facing role (SaaS experience in Martech industry a plus).
- Fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory requirement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- High level of resilience persistence and motivation to achieve results.
- Ability to learn quickly and articulate product value propositions.
- Organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
