As an Early Childhood Teacher at our esteemed school youll lead a thoughtfully curated curriculum designed to spark curiosity creativity and a lifelong love of learning. About the Role
Deliver a play-based and inquiry-led program that aligns with the schools philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework
Foster deep relationships with children families and the wider school community
Engage with pedagogical research and reflective practice to continuously elevate educational outcomes
Embrace a culture of excellence wellbeing and respect across every aspect of the learning journey
What Were Looking For
Were seeking an educator who:
Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
Demonstrates strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to best practice
Has a refined understanding of child development and individual learning needs
Communicates with clarity empathy and professionalism
Embodies a growth mindset intellectual curiosity and collaborative spirit
Has current Working with Children Check
