Job Summary
As a Home Coordinator you will have the opportunity to create support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store ensuring that the home department is supported including:
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
- Ensuring all Home Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards with an emphasis on Safety including in-store process and incident reporting
- Cross train develop and support sales team members on all aspects of Home Department products and services
- Achievement of sales and profitability targets for your store
Qualifications :
- You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods
- Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems)
- The ability to sell retail products and merchandise and the ability to work under pressure
