A courteous and efficient veterinary practice manager to oversee all aspects of our clinics operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational communication and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all office administration procedures including scheduling inventory control and staff coordination.
- Recruit hire train and supervise office staff ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial aspects including payroll budgeting and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including DEA/Controlled Substances and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with pet owners addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to support the hospitals mission and practice philosophy.
- Implement and manage marketing strategies to promote the hospital within the local community.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and efficient clinic operations.
To be successful in this role you should be patient detail-oriented and adept at multitasking. You must also demonstrate exceptional management organizational and customer service skills.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Experienced or Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with a minimum of 1-year management experience preferred or 3 years veterinary experience preferred
- knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital
- Compassionate Calm Team Player Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
- Highly organized and possess computer skills
- Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset
- Open availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospitals needs
Additional Information :
Pay Range: $55-65K/yr depending on experience
