We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our this role you will bring practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices while driving the quality and implementation of our software products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders technology teams and leadership to ensure delivery of solutions that meet business needs and enhance customer experience.
Actively participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Write and manage detailed business requirements user stories acceptance criteria and test strategies to support development.
Create functional diagrams and data documentation including process flows data maps and system interactions.
Partner with QA teams to develop and execute regression test plans test scripts and production checkout plans for each release.
Perform research and analysis to understand the current state of processes policies and systems ensuring complete and accurate requirements gathering.
Provide organized reporting status updates and dashboards for senior leadership program teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate dependency management across business technology legal and digital partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
8 years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
Proven expertise in requirement gathering backlog management and roadmap development.
Strong experience with Firm Issued Checks feature set development supporting:
Brokerage and retirement accounts
Accumulated income check services
Streamlined check issuance processes for internal users (Financial Advisors Support Professionals etc.)
Hands-on experience in writing user stories prioritizing backlog and managing delivery squads independently.
Proven track record in test planning execution and coordination with QA teams (manual and automated).
Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional dependency management with business technology and compliance partners.
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Willingness to work onsite in the NYC office 2 days per week (hybrid model).
