Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer in Austin TX. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD GitHub automation and modern DevOps practices with the ability to design and manage scalable secure and reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application builds testing and deployment.

Manage source control and workflow automation using GitHub.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

Collaborate with developers to optimize deployment processes and enhance system reliability.

Monitor troubleshoot and improve system performance and application uptime.

Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with state agency requirements.

Support containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of professional experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Proficiency with GitHub (actions repositories workflow automation version control).
Experience with scripting and automation (Python Shell or similar).
Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform Ansible or equivalent).
Cloud platform experience (AWS Azure or GCP).
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be local to Austin TX (no relocation or remote).
