Job Opportunity: Warehouse Specialist
Location: Granite City IL U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary National Supply Center
Start Date: December 2025
Schedule: Full-Time
Support National Logistics Operations for the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary
Do you thrive in logistics shipping and warehouse operations Join our team at the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary National Supply Center (ANSC) and play a critical role in supporting nationwide Coast Guard Auxiliary members.
As a Warehouse Specialist youll support inventory control order fulfillment customer service and reporting functions.
What Youll Do
- Receive inspect and process incoming shipments
- Maintain inventory records track controlled stock and conduct monthly reconciliations.
- Process pick pack and ship orders within 5 business days.
- Prepare bulk and special mailings and track shipping costs.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries about stock and order status.

- A skilled logistics and warehouse professional.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- A collaborative team member who supports both customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years warehouse experience.
- U.S. Citizen or legal resident able to pass NACI/FBI background check.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office data entry systems).
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
- Prior experience in government warehouse operations.
- Experience with bulk mail and special project shipments.
