Job Description
Are you passionate about driving product growth enhancing user engagement and ensuring top-tier quality We re looking for a driven professional to lead key initiatives that drive product growth engagement and this role you ll manage cross-functional projects build strong relationships with global stakeholders and communicate progress effectively. Your expertise in program management and strategic planning will ensure projects are executed seamlessly and aligned with business goals.
Additionally your passion for data analysis and problem-solving will be vital. You ll delve into large datasets leverage advanced tools and uncover insights to optimize platform performance. Comfort with ambiguity a curiosity to investigate root causes and a love for experimentation will help you thrive in our innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support project scope develop and execute project plans for supported programs.
- Drive effective concise and persuasive program communications/collaboration including root cause analysis internal/external escalations coordination and communications to leadership and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups.
- Identify gaps in strategy systems and processes to support growth at scale.
- General program management to define project scope develop and execute plans and drive risk and compliance activities.
- Showcase grace under pressure and ensure effective and timely collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing requirements and prioritize escalation requests effectively.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills experience leveraging large data sets and advanced tooling.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations for a tech company consulting operations or similar roles.
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement.
- More than 5 years of project or program management experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally.
- Ability to make judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Proficiency/ Basic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g. Excel SQL) for driving analytics reporting and operational decision-making.
- Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams coordinating effectively and inspiring others.
- Experience communicating effectively via various formats time zones and audiences including within operations teams and across with key stakeholders and senior leadership.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
