We are currently hiring Level 1 (Entry Level) Desktop support Professionals.
We have an opportunity for a 6-month assignment beginning in June (through December) for one of our fortune 500 clients.
We are seeking ambitious technology graduates with a certification and a desire to be on a winning team!
Job description:
Installs configures troubleshoots and maintains desktop and workstation equipment and software including telephones (std & VOIP) desktop/laptop computers (WIN7 WIN10 MAC OS) and printers.
Handles equipment moves with little or no supervision.
Identify analyze and resolve basic troubleshooting items but defers to supervisor or Level 1 tech for more complex hardware issues.
Answer basic user questions about equipment features.
Has basic knowledge of the organizations equipment and associated software and services.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Qualifications:
Tech School degree or Certification
Previous work experience
Basic understanding of hardware components including desktops laptops printers and telephony systems (standard and VoIP).
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 7 Windows 10 and macOS.
Ability to install configure and maintain desktop/workstation software and hardware.
