The IT Trainer plays a key role in advancing the Office of Innovation & Technology enhancing business processes that align with the Citys strategic priorities for a future-ready agile digital experience.
As the IT Trainer for OIT you will empower our organization with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive innovation and this role you will leverage your expertise in both technology and instructional design to create engaging impactful training programs.
You will also lead strategic learning initiatives that expand beyond the classroom including managing a mentoring cohort focused on technical and leadership growth coordinating co-op student partnerships with universities and supporting Upskilling plans that strengthen technical capabilities across all OIT teams. Your ability to connect with learners and translate complex technical concepts into accessible and applicable content will be key to helping our team thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay aligned with industry trends and best practices.
