Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to support day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining office operations and supporting internal teams with a variety of clerical tasks. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in structured environments and are seeking long-term growth in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems

  • Prepare sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal databases

  • Assist with scheduling document preparation and internal communications

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

  • Provide general support to office staff and management as needed

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
