Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to support day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining office operations and supporting internal teams with a variety of clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
Prepare sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal databases
Assist with scheduling document preparation and internal communications
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Provide general support to office staff and management as needed
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
