About the Role:
Were looking for a Designer to join our early team and help shape our product vision of empowering local SMBs. You will play a critical role in translating our vision into reality creating amazing and delightful experiences for our users. If youre passionate about design user-obsessed and have a knack for building intuitive mobile and desktop UX wed love to meet you!
Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to design intuitive user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex marketing concepts for our non-tech-savvy users.

Conduct extensive user research including interviews surveys and usability tests to deeply understand the needs preferences and pain points of our target audience.

Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate seamless handoff to development.

Take ownership of the entire design process from ideation to implementation continually iterating and refining based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions advocating for user needs and ensuring that design remains a key consideration in all product decisions.

Establish and maintain design standards style guides and best practices that ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of the user experience.
Good to have:
-
4-6 years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and impact.

Proven ability to design for non-tech-savvy users simplifying complex concepts and workflows into intuitive easy-to-use interfaces.

Extensive experience conducting user research synthesizing insights and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and build consensus across teams.

Familiarity with HTML CSS JavaScript and React is a plus as it will enable you to collaborate more effectively with development teams.
