We are looking for a Team Lead City Business to drive conversion success ensure homeowner satisfaction and lead a high-performance advisory team.
You will own the Citys monthly project conversions of Home Interior and Construction through Kolo lead and optimize key progress metrics such as site visits and quote submissions and be responsible for building and maintaining a high-confidence ecosystem of Interior and Construction Professionals.
This role requires strong leadership problem-solving and process optimization skills along with a passion for delivering an outstanding homeowner experience.
Take complete ownership of city business and deliver 100% target conversion numbers Week on Week.
Strategize and implement measures to improve closure rates across all stages of the advisory process.
Lead the team to consistently deliver on key leading indicators such as:
Number of site visits scheduled and completed
Quotation submissions
Quotation comparisons provided
Professional meetings arranged for homeowners
Continuously track monitor and improve these progress metrics to build a strong conversion funnel.
Own the end-to-end homeowner experience during the advisory process ensure every interaction adds trust clarity and value.
Ensure city teams maintain high-confidence supply:
Professionals with the right skill sets portfolio and willingness to close.
Regularly evaluate the supply side (Architects Contractors Interior Designers) based on performance and homeowner feedback.
Collaborate closely with the Supply and Business teams to plug supply gaps in the city.
Lead coach and mentor a team of Advisors and Allocation Agents to meet city KPIs.
Manage allocation strategies for matching Homeowners with the most suitable Service Providers.
Ensure Advisors:
Conduct detailed requirement gathering with Homeowners.
Provide curated professional shortlists and drive selection.
Assist Homeowners with design discussions quotation analysis and site visits.
Ensure Allocation Agents:
Maintain efficient accurate and fast allocation of service providers.
Optimize service provider match quality based on feedback loops.
Conduct regular training sessions feedback reviews performance tracking and hiring for your team.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer success inside sales leadership consulting or operations management roles; experience in home construction/interiors domain is a plus.
Skill Set: Strong team management metric-driven operations handling customer-centric thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Mindset: High ownership problem-solving attitude hands-on leadership and strong execution orientation.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with Homeowners Professionals and internal teams seamlessly.
