Track analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs (ROAS CTR CPA)
Build audience segments create retargeting flows and manage funnel-based ads
Coordinate with the creative team for visuals copy and testing variations
Set up and manage Facebook Pixel Conversion APIs and ensure accurate tracking
Prepare and share detailed performance reports with key insights
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign management
Strong understanding of audience targeting bid strategies and budget optimization
Hands-on experience with retargeting lookalike audiences and split testing
Familiarity with Google Analytics UTM tracking and basic attribution models
Prior experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce businesses preferred
