Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing screening shortlisting and onboarding).
- Work on job portals social media and other platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
