Job Description
We required for the composite fibre manufacturing unit
Position: QC Engineer
Location: Vadodara
Exprience : 2 years in the fibre manufacturing industry
Responsibilities
-
Quality Assurance & Control
-
Inspect raw materials (fibers) for compliance with specifications.

Monitor and inspect production processes like fiber winding resin infusion curing and lamination.

Verify that composite materials meet mechanical thermal and chemical standards (e.g. tensile strength flexural strength moisture resistance).

Testing & Analysis
-
Perform destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT): tensile flexural impact ultrasonic X-ray etc.

Prepare test reports analyze data and recommend improvements or corrective actions.

Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g. UTM DMA TGA DSC).

Process Control
-
Monitor production parameters (temperature pressure curing time) and ensure SOPs are followed.

Work closely with production and R&D to optimize process parameters for consistency and quality.

Investigate non-conformities and implement root cause analysis (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone diagram).

Documentation & Standards Compliance

Maintain quality documentation (inspection reports batch records certificates of compliance)
