Job Description
We are looking for an Intern / Fresher in Electrical Engineering to support our Engineering Design team for Switchyard and Substation projects with a focus on 3D Modelling using Bentley OUS. The role involves preparing substation layouts supporting 3D modelling tasks and assisting in documentation and revision of electrical drawings.
The candidate will also participate in learning sessions on substation engineering practices and support design engineers in creating accurate layouts BOMs and reports. This position provides hands-on exposure to advanced tools and industry-standard workflows in substation design.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates or final-year students eager to build technical expertise in switchyard and substation engineering while working with modern 3D design tools.
Requirements
Qualification: B.E. / in Electrical Engineering (final year students or freshers can apply)
No prior work experience required; exposure to substation or 3D design tools is an advantage
Familiarity with Bentley OUS or AutoCAD preferred
Basic knowledge of substation layouts and electrical design concepts
Ability to handle technical documentation and drawing revisions
Eagerness to learn and adapt to project requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Power Transmission Projects. Proficient in Electrical System Design and equipment selection. Moderate to strong knowledge of 3D Modelling Software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Sound understanding of Engineering Standards such as IEC, IEEE, and IS codes. Experience in conducting on-site training and visits. Good command of Electrical Software Tools (ETAP, MATLAB, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
