Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
o Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with
organisational goals.
o Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
o Ensure the achievement of sales targets profitability and market share
objectives.
2. Team Management
o Lead mentor and motivate the regional sales team to enhance performance
and productivity.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance the
team s skills.
o Set clear objectives and monitor team progress against established KPIs.
3. Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and
stakeholders.
o Address customer queries feedback and complaints promptly to ensure
satisfaction.
o Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen partnerships.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting
o Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs within the
assigned territory.
o Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts reports and updates to senior
management.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies for the
region.
5. Operational Excellence
o Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and ethical practices in all
operations.
o Manage budgets and optimise resource allocation within the region.
o Oversee inventory levels and distribution efficiency in coordination with
supply chain teams
