Job Description
- Perform sanitisation of draught beer and fountain dispensing equipment at various outlets.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to uphold quality standards and reduce downtime.
- Attend callouts and complete repairs within SLA requirements.
Installation & Repairs
- Install repair and maintain draught beer and fountain dispensing equipment.
- Ensure installations meet company and safety standards.
Stock & Administration
- Manage vehicle stock to minimise variances and ensure the availability of materials.
- Submit stock orders promptly and handle returns/transfers accurately.
- Complete job cards for each visit and update outlet records.
- Conduct weekly vehicle inspections and submit reports.
Customer Service
- Deliver glassware as per customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Uphold professional conduct punctuality and good attendance for scheduled cycles.
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification (refrigeration electrical or mechanical).
- 2-3 years of Technical experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver s licence.
- Customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of draught beer and dispensing equipment.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills.
- Good geographical knowledge of the operational area.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Time management organisational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail

Education
Matric certificate with a relevant administrative or technical qualification
