Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential support to the sales finance logistics / operations teams by efficiently managing various sales-related processes and administrative tasks. The role involves collaborating with the sales team managing sales orders handling return authorizations maintaining master data and providing valuable assistance to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Performance Outputs
  • Sales Order Management Create process and update sales orders based on input from Account/Sales Managers; ensure timely fulfilment for invoicing; handle reallocations.
  • Return & Credit Management Process and approve return authorizations credits and claims; liaise with Finance for accurate credit handling.
  • Commercial Finance Support Prepare claim imports assist with credit insurance processes and maintain accurate sales transaction records.
  • Master Data Maintenance Manage and update client information agreements and credit insurance details in Netsuite and CRM.
  • Global Sales Team Support Capture and track sales leads from multiple sources; keep lead records current.
  • General Sales Support Handle customer queries in managers absence provide ad-hoc assistance and help improve sales processes.

Requirements

Qualification / Experience

  • BComm Degree in business administration finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience.

Functional / Technical
  • Proficiency in using Netsuite or similar ERP system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and credit management.
  • Familiarity with customer data management.
  • Excellent e-mail etiquette
