LOOKING FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS WHO ARE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA CANDIDATES

Position : Customer Success Manager

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST

Salary Range :$2800-$3300 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Success Manager (CSM) to oversee the success of 40 clients in our YouTube coaching program. You ll be the main point of contact for clients ensuring their channels grow effectively while delivering an exceptional experience from onboarding through program completion.

You must have a deep understanding of YouTube channel optimization growth strategies and trend analysis particularly for faceless automated channels. You ll manage client expectations coordinate with our overseas production team and make sure milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for 40 active clients ensuring satisfaction retention and success.
  • Onboarding & Follow-up Guide new clients through the onboarding process set clear expectations and ensure smooth integration into the program.
  • YouTube Strategy Execution Advise clients on best practices for channel optimization trend utilization and audience growth.
  • Performance Tracking Monitor analytics identify growth opportunities and recommend adjustments to maximize client results.
  • Issue Resolution Address client concerns promptly escalating complex issues to the CEO when necessary.
  • Production Coordination Work closely with our video editing writing and AI production team to deliver projects on time and to standard.
  • Milestone Recognition Track and report client achievements coordinating bonus payouts when applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years of proven experience in Client Success Account Management or YouTube Channel Management
  • Experience in handling escalations
  • Experience in GoHigh level CRM and Google Docs
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO analytics and audience growth strategies
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with capacity to manage 40 clients simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and recommend data-driven actions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of faceless/automated YouTube channel operations is highly desirable
