Gardener Luxury Guest Farm Franschhoek
Salary: R7000 per month Live Out

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a gentle attentive and nature-loving Gardener to join the grounds team of a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role is for someone who finds joy in working with the land tending to spaces where beauty flavour and hospitality grow side by side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture garden beds pathways and productive areas with care precision and an awareness of the changing seasons.

  • Support the planting weeding harvesting and composting processes under the guidance of the regenerative farmer and grounds care team.

  • Maintain guest-facing gardens so they feel alive intentional and lovingly kept.

  • Assist in the thoughtful harvesting and preparation of fresh produce for the kitchen and hospitality team.

  • Embrace the rhythm of a living landscape working collaboratively while remaining open to learning and adapting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in gardening horticulture or land care ideally within a hospitality or estate environment.

  • A deep respect for nature and a passion for working with plants and soil.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • A mindful team-oriented approach with great attention to detail.
