Job Description

This is a leadership role for someone who understands that true hospitality is often felt in the quiet details the freshness of a room the order of a space and the effortless comfort guests experience from the moment they arrive.
The successful candidate will guide a dedicated team with both structure and warmth ensuring that every guest area is maintained to the highest standard while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all housekeeping operations ensuring consistency elegance and meticulous attention to detail across every space.
Mentor support and motivate the housekeeping team fostering a calm and efficient working environment.
Coordinate closely with hosts laundry and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Manage stock schedules and systems with precision and care.
Balance hands-on involvement with strategic oversight always keeping close to the details that make a space feel truly cared for.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience within housekeeping ideally in a luxury hospitality setting.
A refined eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully maintained spaces.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A calm reliable and service-focused approach.
The ability to lead by example and inspire excellence in others.
