Reports to: Sales Director / Head of Marketing
Our client is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of semiconductor devices semiconductor chips and silicon wafers. The company is focused on expanding its international market and aims to build a professional globally-oriented sales team.
Develop and implement individual sales objectives and plans based on the departments annual strategy.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and ensure stable cooperation.
Acquire new customers establish business partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular visits to overseas clients to identify needs and handle complaints.
Collect industry policies market trends and customer insights propose adjustments to strategies and provide feedback to the company.
Gather and analyze competitor information to support market decision-making.
Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing Electrical/Electronics English or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor/microelectronics industry.
Fluent in English (listening speaking reading writing) with the ability to independently communicate and negotiate with international clients.
Proficient in office software and relevant systems (e.g. CRM ERP).
Strong ability in customer development communication persuasion and business negotiation.
Proactive goal-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
