We are looking for a great accountant to help us manage the accounting system and become a part of VIPs Care Team.

VIPs Care Team includes HR Accounting and Admin. If ITviec is a bus VIPs care team is the oil. Without oil the bus cant run smoothly. We are proud of providing invisible oil values for VIPs and making all VIPs happy working at ITviec.

Youll be responsible for:

Act as a liaison between ITviec and the external accounting firm to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports tax reports and other statutory financial documents.
Issue e-invoices to customers and manage input and output e-invoices in compliance with current tax regulations.
Calculate and process monthly payroll ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
Manage accounts payable processes including local and overseas payments to vendors ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with internal policies.
Review and submit tax declarations and payments via the governments online tax system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget preparation and forecasting activities (if any).
Monitor and control company expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget and highlight variances for corrective action.
Coordinate with external audit firms to support annual audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
Ensure ITviec complies with Vietnamese accounting tax and financial regulations and submit all required reports and documentation to the authorities.
Support ad hoc accounting tasks and company projects as assigned including reviewing contracts assisting with company events and handling related administrative tasks.

Job requirements

Female 23-27 years old
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
23 years of experience in a service-based accounting environment.
Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Fluent English conversation skill (speaking and listening)
