Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team is looking for a Coordinator Project Management to support the development and execution of creative marketing projects across brands and channels. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and eager to grow their career in project management.
The role supports a high-volume fast-paced internal agency environment. The Coordinator will partner closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to assist with project tracking scheduling asset coordination and trafficking.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the setup of projects in Adobe Workfront (or similar project management software) and organization of shared folders and project documentation
- Assist in trafficking finance estimates project documentation and setup tasks related to budget
- Support documentation of project status updates timelines and delivery schedules
- Coordinate internal meetings scheduling internal reviews and agenda alignment.
- Manage file delivery with completing traffic sheets and managing uploads to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Manage brand category inboxes with requests for creative reviews and new projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team as needed
- Support the Social workstream with trafficking
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- 03 years of experience in marketing creative services communications or project coordination (internships included)
- Strong interest in building a career in project management or operations
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Workfront Asana Airtable) a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced evolving environment

The annual base salary range for this position is between $74000 and $93600.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidates work location skills and experience.
