Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service prompt resolutions and a smooth communication experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.

  • Provide timely and accurate information about products services and policies.

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.

  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in customer service client relations or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
