About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers via phone email chat or in-person.
Answer inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information about products or services.
Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus).
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM software).
