Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our growing this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with our technical team to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Assist in onboarding new clients providing guidance on product features and usage.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in customer service processes.
Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or support role preferably in a technology-related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.
