Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role involves managing front desk activities providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
