Job Summary/Description:
KTUU is seeking an organized resourceful detail-oriented individual to provide support to the general manager sales management team Media Executives and station clients. The individual will work directly with the sales team and management to provide client customer service and delivery of sales commitments. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who works well under pressure has good time management skills and likes to solve problems with a positive attitude. The candidate would also be responsible for the front desk answering phone calls greeting visitors handling mail and supplies.
Duties/Responsibilities (but are not limited to) the following:
* Assist the GM Director of Sales Multimedia Sales Manager and Media Executives in order entry and maintenance
* Pull and provide detailed reports for management as well as sales staff and clients
* Support the local sales team as needed
* Entry of broadcast and digital orders when needed
* Organizing and maintaining a high level of customer service on an ongoing basis
* Verifying the accuracy of orders
* Pulling monthly proof of performance reports for clients
* Cover the front desk answer phones and greet customers
Qualifications/Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
* Strong phone and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Desire to provide outstanding customer service
