Job Summary
As a Pool Operator you will:
- Test water chemistry in pool using Taylor test kit adjusting chemicals where necessary and maintain all chemicals within state guidelines.
- Clean pool filters according to prescribed procedures.
- Perform maintenance on all pool bathroom fixtures.
- Clean pool pool decks furniture pump areas bathrooms and pool tile.
- Repair and replaces all pumps pump motors chemical feed controls pool plumbing decking ladders/steps heaters underwater lighting and main grates.
- Deep clean pool decks and Vac-Pac areas.
- Deliver chemicals and other supplies to pools.
- Leave work area in clean neat safe condition.

Qualifications :
- Certified Pool Operator License (CPO)
- 1 year preferred related experience with residential or resort pools
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Drivers License to drive company vehicle.
