Senior Market and Liquidity Risk Manager

Job Description

The Risk Analyst within the Treasury Risk Management team supports aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program specifically market risk liquidity risk investment credit risk and counterparty credit risk.  This role will require communicating with individuals throughout the institution regarding risk practices and emerging risks in various business units.  

Responsibilities include:

• Daily monitoring of Liquidity Risk profile
• Periodic consolidated reporting on Market and Liquidity Risk profile
• 2nd line of defense oversight of model changes to Market and Liquidity models
• Daily analysis of Treasury Trading activities
• Periodic analysis and reporting of Counterparty Credit exposures
• Periodic and ad-hoc analysis and report of Investment exposures
• Periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reporting of bank broker vendor country credit exposures
• Monthly analysis and reporting to senior management and parent on interest rate and liquidity risk profile

Qualifications :

• 5-10 years of work experience in risk management Internal Audit External Audit or risk management for a financial institution consulting firm or regulatory agency.
• Must have excellent written verbal organizational and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player and demonstrated ability to be flexible and easily shift among various tasks and projects.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Software Suite (Word Excel Access PowerPoint).
• An understanding of finance either through educational degree or work experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to understand and provide sound risk/reward decisions using a balanced approach of data logic and intuition in all activities.
• Ability to think broadly generate simple and creative ideas for possibly complex topics and effectively translate strategy to execution.
• Self- motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as a team.

Compensation:

The expected annual salary for this position is between 00 at the start of employment.
