Job Summary

The Data/Processing Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy integrity and organization of company records. This position is responsible for processing incoming data verifying information and ensuring that records are properly maintained and accessible. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and comfortable working with both digital and physical documents.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data in internal databases and systems

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

  • Process and organize documents and records according to company procedures

  • Maintain file systems (physical and electronic) ensuring proper labeling storage and retrieval

  • Assist in compiling reports summaries and other data-related documents

  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify or obtain additional information as needed

  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines

  • Perform general clerical duties such as scanning copying and mailing

  • Identify and report discrepancies or data integrity issues

  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry clerical or administrative roles

  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
