Job Description
We re looking for a Community Program Manager to operationalize and elevate Fiverr s core community initiatives.
You ll lead strategy across community content and events ensure collaboration with internal teams and build activation plans that turn broader campaigns into impactful community experiences. You ll also help establish and refine processes that make this work scalable measurable and of high quality across multiple stakeholders.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85000 - $110000. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience knowledge skills locations and other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data.
This is a full-time hybrid position and requires candidates to work from Fiverrs office 3 times a week.
What am I going to do:
- Own the strategic planning and support on the delivery of Fiverr s community-facing content and event programs
- Build scalable content event formats that showcase Fiverr sellers drive engagement and align with brand/PR/product moments
- Create playbooks and internal guides to standardize execution across programs
- Prioritize multiple asks from across the org advocating for what serves the community best
- Support the execution of Fiverr s Seller Advisory Board helping surface and amplify real freelancer insights
- Maintain a consistent community pulse and share learnings back into the business

Requirements :
- Have 5-6 years of experience in community events or strategic program management
- Are a natural operator who is able to cut through noise and focus on the value add
- Have a track record of building systems not just running tasks
- Are passionate about freelancers creators and the future of work
- Nice to have: Proven experience guiding the strategy and execution of virtual experiences (may include: webinars livestream series product demos forum management etc.)
