Project Manager (HVAC) position in CA
Daly City CA
We are a well-known mechanical contractor in the Bay Area looking for a Mid to Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to join our office.
Responsibilities of Project Manager (HVAC):
- Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors foreman labor and materials for the budget and schedule
- Coordinate with General Contractors Owners and other Sub-trades
- Submit change-orders
- Daily site visits
Requirements forProject Manager (HVAC):
- 4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience
Preferred:
- BachelorsDegree in Construction Management Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Prior fieldexperience in commercial HVAC
- Experience with MS Project BlueBeam MS Excel among others
- Local in the Bay Area
- Stable work-history
