About the Role
Are you a hands-on production leader who thrives in fast-paced high-impact environments Were looking for a Team Lead Production to drive results develop talent and keep our operations running like a well-oiled this role youll lead by example on the floor ensure smooth day-to-day production and empower your team to exceed safety quality and efficiency targets.
What Youll Be Doing
Lead and develop a high-performing teamfrom day-to-day guidance to coaching performance reviews and career development conversations
Own the production schedule resource planning and shift coordination to maximize output without sacrificing quality
Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks reducing waste and collaborating across teams
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols audits (5S) and training requirements
Monitor KPIs like productivity scrap rate absenteeism and safety metrics and take action when theyre off track
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Quality Maintenance HR and Supply Chain) to hit production goals
Participate in CAPEX planning onboarding of new employees and support site-wide improvement projects
Qualifications :

What You Bring
5 years of experience in production leadership roles
Strong background in injection molding assembly or related manufacturing environments
Formal training or certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to lead in high-volume metric-driven environments
Strong knowledge of MES/ERP systems production KPIs and lean tools like FMEA Ishikawa KVP 5S or KT
Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and other digital production systems
Solid communication skills and basic proficiency in English (spoken and written)
