Bachelors degree in either Economics or Finance (course work should involve investments - stocks bonds ETFs & Mutual funds investment portfolio construction Asset Allocation theory)
Professional experience in Financial Services. Preferably in areas dealing with investments (stocks bonds ETFs & Mutual funds) is a plus but not required.
Enthusiastic team player self-motivated ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Clear and efficient communicator
Ability to build relationships across departments throughout Brokerage
Result oriented individual who is flexible and able to adaptable to change
Strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
Heavy phone contact with Financial Advisors and branch office personnel.
Proficiently utilize all Advisory support applications as well as navigate other system tools.
Provide proactive education and assistance on Advisory programs with respect to product policies procedures and systems navigation.
Assist with questions involving new account opening procedures generation of proposals for active clients or prospects trading of accounts and training on various program policies and guidelines.
Drive process improvement efforts through feedback to Department management.
Work collaboratively with team members by managing call volume and service levels while providing outstanding service.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management systems effectively.
Participate in AFS cross training programs to broaden depth of knowledge across Advisory programs.
