Job Description

Our client an Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 5 to 8 years of experience to join its dynamic and full-service International Trade practice. Candidates with more extensive experience and strong credentials may also be considered.

This highly regarded team advises on a wide range of international trade matters including:

Customs and Import Compliance: Antidumping countervailing duties safeguard proceedings and other trade remedy cases.

Export Controls and Sanctions: Matters involving EAR ITAR and OFAC regulations.

National Security: CFIUS filings and related regulatory concerns.
