Job Description

Houston Beaumont Dallas Collin County or San Antonio (Houston/Beaumont preferred but all qualified applicants in Texas will be considered).and in good standing with the California Bar.

Were seeking a Senior Attorney or Senior Counsel with 10 years of litigation experience and an active Texas Bar license for our Litigation Business Unit. This position is based in Houston Beaumont Dallas Collin County or San Antonio (Houston/Beaumont preferred but all qualified applicants in Texas will be considered).

What Youll Do

Thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment with efficiency and professionalism

Lead trial preparation and courtroom work: file management motion practice hearings and depositions

Deliver exceptional advocacy research writing and negotiation

Maintain meticulous organization and strong attention to detail

Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively

What Were Looking For

10 years of civil litigation practice in Texas

Active Texas Bar license

Proven trial-ready experience and comfort in court

Excellent interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $165000 $185000 annually (full-time; commensurate with experience)

Bonus: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
