Our client a well-established Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. Position Overview
Were looking for an attorney with at least three to five years of experience in litigation and TORT law including but not limited to actions for negligence negligence in the hiring supervision and retention of employees and premises liability. The ideal candidate will have strong research writing and case management skills and be capable of handling multiple matters effectively. Experience with public entity law is preferred but is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in a range of TORT litigation matters including but not limited to actions for negligence negligence in the hiring supervision and retention of employees and premises liability.
Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and memoranda and manage discovery.
Oversee cases from inception through resolution including depositions and trial preparation.
Work both independently and collaboratively within the firms legal team.
Qualifications
Minimum of three to five years of experience in litigation and TORT law.
Strong research writing and analytical skills with the ability to draft clear persuasive legal documents.
Proven ability to handle multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with public entity law is a plus but not required.
Active California Bar license in good standing.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $150000 $205000 depending on experience.
Bonuses: Opportunity for mandatory and discretionary performance-based bonuses.
Billable Hour Requirement: 1900 annually.
