What Youll Do
- Manage employment law cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings discovery motions and trial documents
- Take and defend depositions regularly
- Argue motions and appear before judges
- Collaborate with clients on case strategy and maintain strong communication
- Support mediations arbitrations and settlement negotiations
- Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair when appropriate
What You Bring
- Active California Bar membership
- 15 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred)
- Excellent research writing and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working within a collaborative team
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $130000 $150000 based on experience
