US Immigration Attorney ImmigrationAre you ready to excel in your career alongside Scotlands go-to US immigration legal team
Due to the growth of our US Immigration practice were looking for an experienced US Immigration Attorney to join our unique team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own practice with support from our Head of US Immigration practice Olivia McLaren.
Our dedicated team of immigration lawyers understand the importance of global mobility to individuals and businesses. As part of our team you will be involved with a varied and interesting caseload. Responsibilities include handling a variety of US immigration cases supporting the firms provision of legal advice and guidance preparing and filing documentation and representing clients in immigration matters.
Our specialist team provides strategic US immigration advice to businesses looking to establish or strengthen a US presence and to individuals interested in visiting working in or immigrating to the United States of America.
We are looking for experienced candidates who are responsive tenacious resilient organised and confident communicators. Meticulous attention to detail pride in the product we provide to clients and a conscientious mindset are essential. Candidates must hold admission to the highest court of any U.S state demonstrating qualification for practice under U.S Bar standards and have at least 5 years of experience in business immigration law.
