Job Description

Los Angeles San Diego or San Francisco CA & Remote in CA

Our client an Am Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California.

The Associate will work exclusively on a team representing automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related matters.
While prior warranty experience is not required all candidates must demonstrate the following:
Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience including motion practice depositions and mediations
Strong advocacy legal research writing and negotiation skills
Excellent academic credentials
Attention to detail strong organizational skills and a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
