Job Description

Our client a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join its Southern California Litigation Business Unit. This role is focused exclusively on representing major automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related litigation.


Position Details:

The associate will be part of a dedicated team handling complex warranty actions. Location is flexible within California; candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California automotive or warranty litigation experience is not required; training will be provided.


Requirements:

2 years of litigation experience preferably with exposure to trial or arbitration preparation
Courtroom experience including motion practice depositions and mediation
Exceptional legal research writing advocacy and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
