Our client has an immediate opening in their Chicago office for a Labor & Employment Associate with four to seven years of experience. Candidates should have an active Illinois bar license and experience with Illinois-specific employment law.
Candidates should have significant employment litigation experience with the ability to handle depositions and primarily run cases with oversight. Candidates should also have experience counseling clients on a full range of employment law issues. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials a commitment to the community superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment the ability to handle multiple projects effectively and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
