We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of employment matters including workplace discrimination harassment retaliation and wrongful termination.
Candidates should have strong defense litigation skills including drafting pleadings managing discovery and preparing motions. Experience with depositions and administrative hearings is a plus. Additional responsibilities include drafting employment policies conducting employee training sessions and advising clients on day-to-day workplace writing research and communication skills are essential along with a detail-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic and with 3 to 6 years of experience after graduating from law school. Candidates must be members of the NY bar or able to waive in and have a strong academic background. Jumpy contract/temp backgrounds will not be considered.
