Job Title: Data Processing Clerk

Location: United States (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25 to $37 per hour


Position Overview:
The Data Processing Clerk will play a vital role in the management and organization of data within the company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Processing Clerk will be responsible for inputting verifying and maintaining data accuracy across various databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and update data into the company s databases and systems with precision and accuracy.
- Verify the integrity of data by conducting regular audits and cross-referencing information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required ensuring timely delivery to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data management and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.


Requirements

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or processing preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word & Excel) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain server and network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security systems. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services. - Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity protocols. - Configure and deploy new hardware and software solutions according to company standards. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain system security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and resolve technical issues. - Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems. - Document processes, configurations, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing. - Provide technical support and training to end-users as required. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies regarding data security and privacy. Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols. - Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services. - Proficient in scripting and automation tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are preferred.
